Service Description

All of my prenatal classes are private, in person, and take place at your house. You will know you are being educated by an expert in the field! I always tailor each twins prenatal class to the participants and your specific questions, concerns, and experiences, and I aim to keep the class interesting, and above all, informative! As a twin Mom and former Midwife, I have so much information I can't wait to share with you! Some of the topics covered in this twins prenatal class include: 1. Pregnancy symptoms and changes, and how to handle them 2. Risks and special considerations in a twin (or triplet) pregnancy 3. How to optimise health and minimise risk in a twin (or triplet) pregnancy 4. Planning for your (labour and) birth 5. Normal and concerning newborn behaviour, and newborn care 6. Special considerations with twins/multiples 7. Tips and tricks for the early days with twins 8. Taking care of Mom And of course time for your specific questions! Registration for this twins prenatal class includes you and one support person, and involves 1 class up to 3 hours long. The full class fee is due upon Registration.
